Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Middleboro, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position during the next school year (NSY). This role involves providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor student progress
• Provide coaching and training to staff regarding behavior strategies and data collection
• Maintain thorough documentation and data to evaluate treatment efficacy
• Attend team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary planning

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention design
• Effective communication skills to work with diverse teams and student needs
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize responsibilities independently
