VulcanForms Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Sourcer
for our Devens, MA location or to work remotely in the U.S.
Job Purpose
In this role, you will help build our sourcing function from the ground up. Your main focus will be finding and engaging top talent across a range of roles - technical, operational, and leadership - while improving top of funnel and creating a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the company's needs and build smart strategies, tools, and processes to find the best candidates. By focusing on proactive sourcing, you'll help us reduce the need for reactive agency involvement, speed up hiring, and ensure we're bringing in the best people for the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to proactively build strong pipelines of top talent, focusing on identifying passive candidates for current and future roles
- Conduct market research to map out the best talent sources and identify the most effective areas to target, ensuring our hiring efforts align with the companys growth plans
- Consistently build and maintain candidate pipelines by leveraging
sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates for current and future hiring needs - Partner closely with recruiters and hiring mangers to understand the companys hiring goals, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment in finding the right candidates especially for niche, hard-to-reach talent- for key roles
- Present market insights, search progress, and candidate recommendations with clarity, especially in ambiguous or evolving searches
- Reach out to passive candidates through personalized, engaging messaging, continuously adapting your approach, while building relationships to drive interest and excitement
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, values fit, and alignment with business needs, while maintaining clear and detailed tracking of all candidate interactions for a smooth transition to recruiters
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market shifts, and competitor hiring strategies; share insights with hiring managers and recruiters to help inform decision making
- Continuously improve our sourcing processes, tools and methods as you learn more about the business and as it evolves.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 4+ years in talent acquisition, HR or related experience to role
4+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing passive candidates through a variety of methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.), especially in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. - Experience mapping out where the best talent is located and targeting the right areas based on business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with people, build relationships and share information clearly
- Strong stakeholder management, including hiring managers and recruiters, to make sure everyone is aligned on finding the best talent
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and is always looking for
