Director Early Careers Program

As Hasbro undergoes a strategic transformation to fuel future growth, we’re growing our Talent Acquisition team. We’re seeking a dynamic Director, Early Career Programs to lead our global campus and early talent initiatives. This role reports to the Global Head of TA and is part of the TA Leadership Team.
You’ll be a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn vision into action. You'll craft and scale enterprise-wide early career programs from US origin expanding into International that build a strong, diverse pipeline of future leaders.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A day in the life of a Director Early Careers Program:
- Develop the Vision: Define and improve our hiring strategy, based on brand insights, campaign findings, and business needs.
- Coordinate Core Programs: Coordinate intern and college grad programs—including onboarding, training (in partnership with L&D), events, performance reviews, rotations, and placement.
- Drive Execution: Build and manage early career program strategy and budget from concept to delivery, ensuring impact and efficiency.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Communications, and business teams to agree on goals and navigate dependencies.
- Champion Innovation: Introduce standard methodologies and innovative solutions that elevate our EVP and employer brand.
- Communicate with Clarity: Establish forums and channels to support program governance and strategic alignment.
- Make Data Actionable: Define and track critical metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead with Impact: Manage a small team passionate about leadership development, mentoring, and cross-functional influence.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years in talent development, with deep experience in campus recruiting and early career program management.
- Demonstrated skill in engaging and influencing collaborators at all levels.
- Strong critical thinking, executional grit, and collaborative attitude.
- Passion for developing talent and championing culture and change.
- Leadership - Have a vested interest in developing team and providing them with opportunities to succeed.

The base salary range for this position is $150,863.00 to $226,295.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
