ResponsibilitiesOversee daily sales operations while setting clear, attainable goals for the department.
Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to individual producers to help them reach their potential.
Analyze monthly sales data to identify trends and areas where the team can sharpen their strategy.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with existing clients and local business partners.
Manage the end-to-end sales process to ensure we provide consistent, high-quality care to everyone we serve.
Collaborate with agency leadership to develop new initiatives that expand our reach within the Massachusetts market.
RequirementsCurrent Property and Casualty insurance license in Massachusetts.
Five or more years of leadership experience within an insurance sales environment.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and pipeline management tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
