Senior Corporate Controller
Are you a skilled Corporate Controller ready to lead financial reporting across a dynamic multi-arm organization? We’re seeking a Controller with a strong CPA background and expertise in both public and private accounting. This is a unique opportunity to oversee finance for three distinct business entities and drive critical system upgrades.

- Drive key ERP transformation: Yardi to Sage conversion, plus AP/Expense system selection and implementation
- Manage a small accounting team and help shape company-wide finance processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books and records, prepare GAAP and tax-basis financial statements, manage audits and tax filings with external accountants, and oversee tax payments
- Execute quarterly, and year-end close processes, including but not limited to, revenue and expense accruals, recording of amortization and depreciation expense, investment entries (such as capital contributions and distributions), and intercompany reconciliations
- Support the corporate capital call and distribution process, including calculations, notice preparation, and cash disbursement
- Review monthly construction management & development fee calculations from development affiliate
- Contribute to and support current and upcoming department technology enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 10-15 years of experience with a CPA license, combining public and private accounting expertise
- Proven strength in financial statements and reporting accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Sage ERP system and travel and expense solutions
