Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Hingham, MA office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse civil engineering projects while playing a key role in growing our new regional location.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review site plans, grading plans, and stormwater management designs.
• Develop technical calculations, engineering reports, and construction documentation.
• Assist with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
• Conduct field visits, inspections, and measurements as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification preferred; PE license or ability to obtain is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant civil engineering experience (land development preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
