Meeting Street is currently looking for a physical therapist assistant for 37 hours per week.

Duties:

• Assists registered/licensed physical therapist by providing information for the evaluation of functional capabilities of clients on assigned caseload.
• Implements individual treatment programs addressing specific IEP goals with measurable outcomes under the guidance and direction of a registered/licensed physical therapist.
• Maintains written documentation for treatment provided and communication with families in accordance with agency formats, in a professional manner, and in compliance with an established time frame.
• Provides instruction and guidance to ensure that the clients' goals are integrated into a comprehensive program.

Requirements:

• Associate of science degree in physical therapy assistant field from PATA approved program.
• Licensure as a physical therapist assistant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
• Valid CPR and first aid training.
