  • Assist with project setup, including budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking.
  • Support the preparation and management of project schedules and look-ahead plans in collaboration with project managers and superintendents.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Assist with change order pricing and documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings, site walks, and progress reviews.
  • Support compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Assist with job cost reporting, budget updates, and tracking project expenses.
  • Support monthly billing, pay applications, and subcontractor payment processing.
  • Help close out projects, including final documentation and cost reviews.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in site construction (earthwork, utilities, concrete, paving, or similar).
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
