Case Progression & Client Outcomes
• Ensure all cases are moving forward with clear strategy and defined next steps
• Maintain a reduced, high-level caseload focused on complex or high-value matters
• Support strong client outcomes through effective legal strategy and team execution
Performance & Accountability
• Partner with the COO to monitor and improve:

- Case progression timelines
- Legal team productivity and efficiency
• Enforce systems, workflows, and standards across the legal team

• Strong courtroom and trial experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases from strategy through resolution
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising attorneys or legal staff
• Clear, decisive communication and strong judgment
• Ability to operate in a structured, systems-driven environment
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar
• Proficiency with legal technology and case management systems
Benefits

• $190,000 – $225,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses
• 401(k) with employer match
• Health insurance
• Paid Time Off
• CLE coverage, bar dues, and professional expenses
• Flexible work environment
Why This Role
This is an opportunity to step into a true leadership position within a growing firm—with the ability to lead a team, shape legal strategy, and drive meaningful results for clients.
You will be supported by established systems, a dedicated operations team, and a steady flow of cases—allowing you to focus on what matters most: leading the legal team and delivering strong outcomes.
