Trusts & Estates Paralegal – Natick, MA
Ganz Law Group, LLC is a boutique trusts and estates law firm seeking an experienced, self-directed paralegal to join our small, friendly office. This role offers meaningful responsibility in estate and trust administration and close collaboration with attorneys, clients, and outside professionals.
- Pay: $40–$50/hour, depending on experience and schedule
- Schedule: full or part-time option available, depending on candidate
- Location: Onsite in Natick
What You’ll Do
- Administer probate estates from opening through closing
- Administer trusts, including document preparation, filings, and distributions
- Manage multiple estate and trust matters and track deadlines
- Assist with estate tax return preparation under attorney supervision
- Prepare and file probate court forms and related documents
- Prepare estate and trust accountings
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of trusts and estates paralegal experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused communication style
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Experience with tax or accounting software a plus
- Professional and friendly in client-facing situations
- Works well independently and as part of a small team
