Senior Executive Assistant
- Provide executive-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including complex calendar and travel management.
- Serve as a strategic thought-partner, anticipating needs and proactively identifying and addressing scheduling, communication, or workflow conflicts before they arise.
- Assist in preparation for executive meetings: prepare and distribute agendas, briefing materials, and meeting logistics for internal and external engagements, and track action items.
- Draft high quality communications, presentations, and reports.
- Manage highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization, serving as a liaison between executives, leadership teams, board members, and external partners.
- Drive and manage special projects, often with organizational-wide impact.
- Mentor and coach junior administrative staff, sharing best practices and supporting team excellence.
- Partner on procurement and financial processes (Pos, contracts, invoices and expense reports).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives including experience with C-suite or Board level; experience supporting Research and Development and/or Medical Affairs leadership strongly preferred.
- Strong business judgment and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and discretion.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive high impact outcomes
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive information with discretion.
