Hospitality / Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role focusing on high-level hospitality and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone coming from a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant background who is looking to transition their "white glove" service skills into a professional corporate environment.

In this role, you will be the engine behind our daily operations, ensuring that our attorneys and guests experience a seamless, premium environment.

  • Commuting: Please note that parking is the responsibility of the candidate; the office is centrally located and accessible via public transit.

Note: This role requires a high level of physical activity, including setting up furniture and moving supplies, to ensure conference rooms are properly equipped and comfortable.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Facilities Support

  • Meeting Coordination: Execute the complete setup and breakdown of conference rooms for high-stakes meetings.

  • Food & Beverage: Manage beverage setups and catering logistics with a focus on presentation and quality.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies; ensure all equipment is functional and well-stocked.

  • Maintenance: Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, including regular refrigerator cleaning and ensuring common areas are "client-ready" at all times.

Reception & Administrative Coverage

  • Front Desk Support: Act as the primary backup for the Receptionist, providing seamless coverage during lunch breaks, sick days, and vacations.

  • Client Relations: Greet attorneys, clients, and vendors with a professional, people-oriented demeanor.
