Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking an IT Manager

About the role:

As an IT Manager, you’ll lead the management, support, and continuous improvement of our technology systems while remaining hands-on with technical execution. You’ll ensure critical IT functions operate seamlessly across multiple shifts and empower your team to meet operational demands without disruption.

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and security protocols across the organization

• Administer and optimize SQL databases for operational and business intelligence needs

• Manage Microsoft operating systems and hybrid/cloud environments (Azure Cloud experience preferred)

• Oversee network infrastructure, IP phone systems, and production-floor technology

• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, automation, and system uptime

• Provide on-call IT support across weekday shifts, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hands-on support for production equipment (lifting up to 35 lbs required)

• Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are in place and tested

• Mentor and manage IT staff to ensure service coverage and timely issue resolution

• Maintain vendor relationships, monitor KPIs, and conduct contract reviews for cost-effectiveness

• Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing and evaluate improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Microsoft operating systems

• Proven ability to lead teams while performing hands-on technical work

• Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrated systems in manufacturing or production environments

• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and respond to unexpected challenges

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure Cloud experience

• Bilingual skills
