Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney - Construction Focus
Location: Framingham/Marlborough, MA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available)
Salary: $175,000-$225,000+ Base Salary plus multiple bonus opportunities and some of the best Health Benefits in the New England legal space!
Experience Level: 7-10+ Years in Construction Law.

Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with 5-10 years of experience, ideally with a background in construction litigation . This role offers the chance to take ownership of cases, work closely with a supportive team, and contribute meaningfully to a thriving practice.

Key Highlights:

• Focus on construction litigation preferred, but broader civil litigation experience is welcome.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Massachusetts.
• 5-10 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with construction-related matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
