Heavy Duty Trailer Mechanic

Job description:

This position pays $25-40/hr. PLUS monthly bonuses and is | Wed-Sat 7:30am - 6:30pm.
We are also offering a $7500 signing bonus for this position to be discussed at interview time!

Mobile Trailer Technician: This is FleetPride's technician who will be able to work on most heavy-duty trailer repairs outside of the shop. This person will be primarily doing lot work in a designated company vehicle during business hours only. This person will get to take the service truck home .

This is what we're looking for:

• 3+ years of HD trailer repair experience.
• Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer and customers about jobs in progress.
• Ability to provide your own tools and box.
• Valid DL with good driving record.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
• Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
• Skillful in preventative maintenance, air systems, electrical diagnosis and repairs, brakes, wheel ends, suspension, landing gear repairs, trailer door repairs, lift gate repairs and more.
