What You'll Do:
- Assess participants and develop individualized music therapy plans
- Facilitate individual and group music therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support participant goals
- Document session outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of interventions
- Educate staff and families on the benefits of music therapy
What You'll Need:
- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with valid MA licensure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music Therapy is preferred
- Experience working with seniors, dementia, or Alzheimer’s populations
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
