Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager / Front Desk professional to serve as the face of the Westborough office. This individual will manage day-to-day office operations, support internal teams, and provide a welcoming experience for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a growing financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
Manage front desk operations and incoming communications
Schedule client and internal appointments
Order client gifts and coordinate deliveries
Maintain and restock office supplies
Scan, organize, and manage physical and digital documents
Support administrative and general office duties as needed
Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day operational needs
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information

Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an office manager, administrative, or front desk role
Financial services or financial administration background preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable handling confidential information
