Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
Location:
- Headquarters: Option to be based in Northampton, Greenfield, or North Quabbin office with travel between all three
ServiceNet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Pathologist Clinical Supervisor to join our REACH program. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of SLPs, SLPAs, and other cliniciansensuring exceptional service delivery, professional development, and regulatory compliance. You will lead by examplefostering innovation, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture. General Responsibilities:
- Meets weekly productivity billing targets (to be determined based on caseload and assignment).
- Supervises and supports a team of SLPs, SLPAs, and cliniciansincluding onboarding, clinical supervision, and continued training.
- Collaborates with program leadership to assess clinician training needs and provide education in speech, language, and communication.
- Assists with intake, evaluation, and case assignment coordination.
- Assigns caseloads strategically to meet client needs and optimize productivity.
- Identifies and addresses knowledge/resource gaps in partnership with the Program Director.
- Ensures timely and accurate documentation, billing, assessments, and discharges.
- Holds clinicians accountable to DPH, program, and agency standards.
- Monitors and reports on clinician productivity metrics weekly.
- Supports development and implementation of corrective action and disciplinary plans.
- Completes new hire reviews (90-day, 6-month) and annual evaluations.
- Participates in leadership meetings, trainings, and committees.
- Assists with recruitment alongside the Program Director.
- Implements and enforces DPH, agency, and program policies and procedures.
- Understands union regulations and elevates concerns as appropriate.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory, funding, and agency requirements.
- Works with Director to maintain effective staffing patterns aligned with client and budgetary needs.
- Fosters a positive, productive, and supportive team culture.
- Acts as a proud ServiceNet representative and team leader.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Intervention services.
- Proficiency with Massachusetts Department of Public Healths Early Intervention Client System.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Current TB screening, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- Compliance with DPH staff health requirements.
- Must be able to travel within the programs catchment area.
