We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and timelines while ensuring quality standards are met. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and collaborate on exciting residential, commercial, and municipal development projects
• Design site layouts, grading/drainage systems, roadways, and utilities
• Prepare engineering site plans, stormwater reports, and permit documents
• Engage in wetlands and environmental permitting at local and state levels
• Represent MBL at public hearings and client meetings with confidence and professionalism
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

What You Bring to the Table:

• BS in Civil Engineering
• PE license preferred; EIT certification required
• Soil Evaluator license preferred
• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in land development
• Deep understanding of local and state permitting processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills – you know how to talk the talk and draw the plans
