Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff and management teams
• Strong business acumen , including budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
• Hands-on experience with daily restaurant operations , including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Restaurant General Manager – Key Responsibilities
• Staff Management : Recruit, hire, train, and coach restaurant staff and management teams to create a positive work culture and ensure performance standards are met
