Lift Solutions provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions, including OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services, and parts for overhead cranes, rigging, and lifting equipment. We are committed to driving progress, efficiency, and safety in every project we undertake.
At CapCo Crane & Hoist, we take pride in our ability to design and build custom overhead bridge cranes and lifting equipment for diverse industries across the country. We work on a variety of challenging applications, from aerospace and maritime to nuclear energy and concrete, delivering innovative, state-of-the-art solutions to meet our clients' needs. Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk.
- Coordinate with internal staff regarding visitor arrivals and deliveries.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory when needed.
Education & Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude.
