Mental Health Therapist-MA - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do:
Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse population of clients.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth (video or phone).
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, create treatment plans, and provide referrals when needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Collaborate with a team of clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
What We're Looking For:
Active LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts (required).
At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy using evidence-based treatments.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and treatment planning.
Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a private space for virtual sessions.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (support provided).
Compensation:
Earning potential up to $91,000 annually (based on experience and licensure level).
