Schedule: Monday-Friday
Position Highlights:

Engage in strategic discussions with surgeons, monitor patient status, and handle advanced equipment with finesse. Dive into the heart of dental care, obtaining vital radiographs and crafting detailed patient narratives.

Sign-On Bonus Details:
As part of our commitment to attracting and retaining exceptional talent, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000.00(USD). The breakdown of the sign-on bonus includes receiving 50% of the bonus after successfully completing 3 months of employment, The remaining 50% will be provided upon the successful completing of 6 months with Oral & Facial Surgery Centers of Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed dental assistant status is required.
- BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
- Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial.
- DAANCE certification is desirable.
- Radiology certification is a plus.
