What You'll Do as a Tearista:
As a Tearista, you'll be at the center of our operations, ensuring every cup of bubble tea is made with care and precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of bubble tea beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the store.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
