Risk Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Risk Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the reimbursement for all auto and property claims resulting in monetary damages to the company. This will include partnering with the company's claims administrators to provide details of damages and final invoices. The person in this role will be responsible for partnering with other departments, such as Facilities, Fleet and Retail, to implement processes and procedures for the reporting of claims and will present on trends across regions to field management. The Risk Coordinator will support managers and team members through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This person will be responsible for handling confidential and time-sensitive material.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the resolution and recovery of property and auto damage claims for the company.
- Collaborate with multiple departments across the company to ensure incident reports are filed properly and timely and that all necessary information is gathered and reported to the company's third-party claims administrator.
- Gather proper information for claims, such as: photos/videos of damages, police reports, video surveillance, contracts, estimates/invoices, etc. to provide to the TPA.
- Work closely with the TPA to ensure claims are being handled properly and timely.
- Provide prompt, friendly, helpful support and assistance to stores and field management via phone and or email when property or auto damage occurs.
- Collaborate with our Facilities department to identify, create and maintain a weekly report of insurance loss work orders not reported to the TPA.
- Maintain a monthly property damage report to identify trends and help initiate proposals based on findings.
- Present quarterly to Facilities and Field Management on trends across regions on property damage reporting and recovery.
- Maintain a monthly auto damage report and pursue recovery on behalf of the company for any auto damages where the company is not liable and present monthly to Fleet Management on the status of auto recovery claims.
- Support the Senior Risk Manager in providing necessary information for the property insurance renewal for the company.
- Ability to take on other tasks and responsibilities to support the needs of the Senior Risk Manager, the Risk Management team, and the company.

Risk Management, Legal, Retail Operations, Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Accounting, Third-Party Claims Administrators and Brokers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience:
1-3 years Claims Experience
Preferred Experience:
3-5 years Claims Experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Adjuster's License, CPCU, ARM, AIC preferred, but not required.
Soft Skills:
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; outstanding customer service skills (internal and external)
Ability to prioritize, problem solve, work with sound judgment, work independently as well as in a teamwork environment, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hours & Conditions
Monday - Friday 8 hour day in office setting
Physical Requirements
Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
