Commercial Roofing Estimator

NCBP is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team in our Northborough, MA location. This role is critical in driving sales growth and providing exceptional service to our commercial clients in the roofing sector.
Day-to-day Responsibilities :
● Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and architects to promote New Castle Building Products’ roofing products.
● Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
● Collaborate with the outside sales team to support client needs and enhance overall sales strategies.
● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the commercial roofing industry.
● Assist clients with product selection and application, addressing technical questions and concerns.
● Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
● Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
● Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements for the role:
● 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or estimating.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
● High level of organization and attention to detail.
