Procurement Functional Business Analyst

IDR is seeking a Contract Procurement Functional Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to supporting a major ERP transformation initiative, focusing on the procurement module within Workday, to enhance business processes and system integrations.

Position Overview for the Procurement Functional Business Analyst :

• The Functional Business Analyst will serve as a key member of the ERP transformation team, supporting business process design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday business processes and related integrations.
• The role requires a strong understanding of Procurement business operations, ERP implementations, requirements gathering, testing coordination, data conversion, and organizational change activities.

Requirements for the Procurement Functional Business Analyst :

• Experience supporting ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle and strong knowledge of Workday inventory module and configuration.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience coordinating testing and managing defect resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with data conversion, reporting requirements, and business process documentation.
