Position Title: Digital Channels & Payments Supervisor Band: TDB
Reports to: Deposit Operations Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily supervision of the Digital Channels & Payments Department. Oversees all functions, technical support and problem resolution related to the various products and services that make up the Digital Channel and Payments suite offered by Greenfield Savings Bank. Digital Channels and Payments include online and mobile banking for both consumers and businesses, ACH, bill pay, P2P and A2A, debit cards, and mobile wallets. As the subject matter expert, Supervisor provides technical assistance and problem resolution follow-up to both internal and external customers. Serves as a liaison to the solutions vendor and assists with the evaluation and implementation of new products and services. Responsible for risk mitigation and activity tracking in all digital channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Daily Function Oversight - Ensure the following Department functions are completed daily and in accordance with established procedures, regulations, and timeframes:
- ACH related processing and maintenance
- Return Item/Redeposited Item/DDA Reject Processing
- Digital deposit review
- ATM/Debit Card setup and maintenance
- Online Banking setup and maintenance
- Digital Payment (bill pay, P2P, A2A) setup and maintenance
- Debit Card maintenance and production reviews
- Debit Card, A2A, P2P, & ACH Fraud/Unauthorized Transaction investigation and claims processing
- Compromised card alert processing
- Debit Card Fraud Program monitoring
- Reconciliation of department-related GL accounts
System/Application Oversight – Oversee the utilization and functionality of the following solutions used in support of Department functions and provide staff notifications and customer messaging in the event of system downtime, maintenance/updates, or outages:
- Retail, Mobile and Business Online Banking
- Fiserv Card Services
- Fiserv Risk Office
- eStatements and eNotices
- Source Capture
- Electronic Bill Pay, P2P, A2A
- Debit/ATM Card Instant Issue Solution
- Mastercard Connect
Assigned Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing staff performance reviews, time-cards, and scheduling
- Provide training and coaching of staff within the department
- Annually purge unused ATM/Debit cards based on the established purge schedule
- Compile audit information for Department related internal and external audits and be the direct point of contact for assigned auditor
- Internal monitoring/auditing of Department functions
- Update Department BCP/DR Plan as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of current digital payment trends, products, and services by attending various trainings and conferences (within budget guidelines), and participating in user groups
- Work with the Operations Business Analyst and Project Manager to research and recommend products that will streamline the Digital Banking area and/or provide our Customers with new/enhanced products and services
- Perform other similar duties as required or requested by Operations Officer
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet time frames established by Federal/State Regulations, internal policies and procedures
- A minimum of 5 years banking experience
- 3-4 years of Digital Channel function/product/service experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (not necessarily in banking) and/or an above average understanding of Operations functions overseen by this role
- Strong understanding of deposit product rules, regulations and Greenfield Savings Bank standards
- Strong understanding of the internal digital channel and payment systems
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to understand technical documents and instructions and summarize the information in a way that is understandable for the average employee
- Ability to identify and minimize risk throughout all digital channels
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
