You'll provide skilled teaching, evaluate progress, and collaborate with teams and families, all while maintaining accurate documentation. Your work will focus on community integration, compliance, and human rights advocacy, shaping independence and meaningful outcomes.OUR IDEAL DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIALISTWe're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree is preferred)3+ years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals in a Habilitative/vocational settingValid driver's licenseAbility to work collaboratively as an active member of multidisciplinary teamsStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsAbility to be flexible, open, and responsive to ongoing industry changesAbility to carry /lift supplies as neededPhysical ability to support community, gym, and pool activitiesABOUT USCrystal Springs is an inspiring residential facility dedicated to individuals with disabilities.
