Job Summary

The Med Surg RN provides comprehensive clinical care to adult patients with varied medical and surgical needs. This role includes assessing patient conditions, implementing individualized care plans, supervising support staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Med-Surg RNs also play a key role in promoting professional nursing standards and supporting unit operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing (required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
• Current CPR certification (required)
