Licensed electrician - team leader

Licensed electricians are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of a team of electricians and HVAC service personnel
• Manage the team to efficiently meet deadlines, due dates, corporate goals, and service calls from our clients
• Hands on; work directly with the team in a fast-paced professional corporate setting
• Snow removal
• Order materials for projects

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of three to five years of managing electricians in a professional environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Licensed Massachusetts electrician required
• Preferred candidates will have the ability to quickly readdress situations and set goals and follow up/give feedback to the team
• Good driving record
• Residency in the greater Beverly area
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English
• Knowledge of fire alarm, low-voltage system, and HVAC controls preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in the installation of commercial electrical systems
