Level 3 Automotive Mechanic
Job Summary Bedard Bros Auto Sales is looking for an experienced Level 3 Mechanic to join our team in Cheshire, MA. As a Level 3 Mechanic, you will use automotive diagnosis and repair technology to determine vehicle repair needs and apply tactics to address these issues. You will work closely with Team Members to ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards of quality. Compensation and Benefits The successful candidate will receive an annual average income of $125,000. This role also offers medical, dental, and vision insurance paid by the company, an employer funded 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and inspect vehicle components to determine necessary repairs or service
- Perform repair and maintenance services on vehicles according to company standards
- Monitor customer feedback, seek customer satisfaction, and take appropriate issue resolution actions
- Maintain the company's professional image by providing courteous, prompt, and efficient services
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following safety regulations and procedures
- Accurately and electronically record repair orders and document hours worked
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Level 3 Mechanic
- ASE Certification
- Strong knowledge of auto parts, diagnosis, and repair techniques
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient with industry-standard automotive computer systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
