Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, OR Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-MA Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required 2 recent supervisory signed references required BLS License in hand Preferred Qualifications Meditech expanse experience
