Travel RN – Emergency Room (ER)

Location: North Adams, MA
Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) or 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Massachusetts. The RN will provide care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Must be flexible to work 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM or 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM as needed
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Every other weekend required
• Block scheduling not available

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform triage and patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience
• Active Massachusetts RN License required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA) required at submission
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly preferred
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
