Senior Construction Project Manager
Kitchen and Floor Decor Inc. is a rapidly growing, women-owned renovation company specializing in multi-family housing. We partner with housing authorities, property management groups, and general contractors to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective construction solutions across Greater Boston and beyond.

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead full-cycle construction projects, with a strong focus on multi-family housing renovations. This role requires someone who can manage large-scale, complex projects (up to $500K), oversee site operations, coordinate all phases from bidding to closeout, and provide accurate material estimates. You will report directly to the executive team and play a critical role in delivering excellence on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and review project scopes, perform take-offs, and generate accurate material estimates based on site evaluations and plans.
- Conduct and participate in bid walks, prepare bid packages, and support proposal development in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise site activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, coordinate trades, and proactively address site-related challenges.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records including daily logs, change orders, purchase orders, and client communications.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and use of materials.
- Represent the company in meetings with property managers, housing authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Support business development by identifying project opportunities and helping establish relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and multi-family renovations.
- Proven track record managing complex projects valued up to $500,000.
- Strong understanding of kitchen, flooring, and general interior renovation processes and materials.
- Hands-on field experience, with the ability to perform and verify accurate measurements and site assessments.
- OSHA 10/30 certification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Self-directed and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with construction software, project scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; frequent travel throughout Greater Boston is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with public housing agencies, union/non-union environments, and government-funded projects.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Excel Sheets, Builder Prime, Procore, or similar construction management tools.
