Role Overview

As the Startup Operations Lead, you’ll be the operational backbone of our organization, ensuring that every department—Product, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales—runs at peak efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive strategic improvements to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day workflows across all departments, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Manage cross-functional projects and provide ongoing status updates to leadership
• Develop and refine processes to enhance speed, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Track and analyze departmental KPIs, proactively addressing performance gaps
• Lead resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management
• Coordinate company-wide initiatives such as new product launches and market expansions

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an operations or cross-functional role (startup focus strongly preferred)
• Proven success creating and optimizing processes in fast-paced environments
• Excellent project management skills, with a knack for balancing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to derive insights from KPIs and data
• Exceptional communication and leadership, driving collaboration across diverse teams
