Compliance Manager (Temporary)

Join the People Partnering team at the LEGO® Group as a Temporary Compliance Manager based in Boston. In this role, you'll help build greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency across employment compliance processes in the United States and Canada while partnering with teams across the organization.
** This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately 6 months based on business needs. **

People, Places, and Culture is at the heart of creating an environment where colleagues can thrive, learn, and contribute their best work. As part of the People Partnering team, you'll help formalize and strengthen compliance practices that support nearly 5,000 colleagues across North America.
Working closely with People Operations, Payroll, the Business Services Organization, LEGO Brand Retail, and other partners, you'll balance thoughtful planning with hands-on execution to build, rebuild and inspire continuous improvement across our compliance landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Document and map employment compliance processes from legislation through system execution.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
Establish ownership and accountability for compliance activities across multiple business functions.
Shape recommendations that simplify, standardize, and strengthen compliance practices and adherence.
Review communications and training materials to support consistent understanding of compliance requirements.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in employment compliance, labor regulations, or related people-focused programs.
Familiarity with retail, multi-site, or geographically distributed work environments.
Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulations including scheduling, leave, minor employment, and fair workweek requirements.
Comfortable analyzing processes, solving issues, and translating findings into practical actions.
Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and priorities.
Experience working with Workday, UKG, or similar HR technology platforms.

This is a temporary position based in the Boston Hub. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $120,830.00 - $181,246.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
