Arborist Foreman / Lead Climber / Machine Operator

We’re hiring a true lead climber —someone who can run a crew, make decisions, and keep jobs moving.

If you need constant direction or can’t manage a crew, this isn’t the role.

What This Role Is

You’re not just climbing—you’re running the job .

• Lead tree removals and pruning operations
• Set rigging plans and control the job flow
• Manage 2–4 man crew
• Keep jobs efficient, safe, and clean
• Communicate with clients when needed

What You Need

• Strong climbing ability (removals + technical rigging)
• Proven experience running jobs start → finish
• Knows how to move a crew without babysitting
• Can make decisions under pressure
• Valid driver’s license (CDL = higher pay)
• ISA Certification (If not, must be willing to obtain)

Bonus:

• Experience with Cranes
• Cabling Knowhow
• Log Loader Experience
