  • Represent the asset at portfolio governance forums and engage with senior stakeholders in the organization.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders and governance to support asset execution and portfolio decision-making.
  • Create and maintain conditions for a strong team culture that facilitates effective planning and execution of the asset strategy.
  • Actively participate in the department community of practice to share learnings and promote synergies.

Who You Are:
You are a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of drug development processes. Your ability to lead with influence in a matrixed environment is unmatched, and you naturally foster collaboration across teams. You excel in communication, adapting your style to suit various audiences, and possess a keen sense of empathy and authenticity. Your executive presence is evident as you navigate senior stakeholder interactions with confidence. With a servant leadership mindset, you motivate teams to achieve challenging goals while maintaining a resilient approach to changing circumstances.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree strongly preferred (MS/MD/PhD/PharmD/MBA).
  • 10+ years of drug development experience in pharma or biotech.
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic leadership in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating and executing clinical development plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Strong scientific and clinical acumen with the ability to develop a deep understanding of therapeutic areas.
  • Understanding of competitive and business implications of scientific and medical data.

Preferred Skills:
