Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor part time 90 to 95 per hour
Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. Come work for a woman/slp owned company. In this role, you will work with patients of various ages who are experiencing communication disorders. As a part-time Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a significant impact in the lives of the individuals you serve. You must be available 3 days a week but the hours can be somewhat flexible. This position may involve supervising an SLPA and having a small caseload with some evaluations.
Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating personalized therapy plans, and delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to facilitate improved communication skills in your clients. This role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in individuals of different age groups.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy sessions to enhance speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support patients' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in providing speech and language therapy to a diverse population preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and software related to speech-language pathology
