Skilled Carpenter, Work in a crew or independently on a range of residential building and remodeling projects from bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks and basements to large additions, whole house renovations and new builds. We do all carpentry related labor "in house" so a wide ranging skillset and base knowledge of the building process is essential. Strong customer service and communication skills are also required.

Must have the following to be considered:

• We are looking for a hard working and dedicated professional carpenter to join our crew.
• 5-10 years minimum experience in residential remodeling. Candidate must have a strong base knowledge of MA Building Code as well as the skills and experience to build residential structures, rough through finish.
• Candidate must have strong communication skills, an open minded and positive attitude, able to take feedback and direction.
• Must have a strong skillset and experience with framing, siding, drywall and tile backer, door and window installations, interior and exterior trim, cabinet installations and woodworking, flooring.
• CSL certified
• Must be able to work well with others in a crew as well as independently
• Must have own hand tools and transportation to and from shop/ job site.
• Candidate must be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Work requires occasional heavy lifting of at least 80lbs. Working safely and efficiently from heights on ladders and staging.
• Fluent in English
• Non-Smoker

• 40 hour work week Monday-Friday 7:30-4
