Machinist
Machinist East Longmeadow, MA Full-time 40 /hours a week Salary or
wages:\$25 -\$32 per hour Duties: As detailed in RS&QM, Section 3.3.3 and including: 1. Operation of the capital equipment, both manual and CNC for the repair of FAA compliant purchase orders - including experience in operation but not limited to lathes, mills and grinders. Measure and test work in process using both manual and digital gages and tools to determine size and tolerance to technical data. 3. Ability to perform set up and teardowns with no supervision 4. Ability to perform repairs in accordance to written instruction 5. Black oxide process Qualifications: 1. Minimum 3 years of machining experience in a tight tolerance environment. 2. Knowledge and understanding of the RS&QM Required Skills: 1. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language 2. Ability to accurately use all of the inspection equipment used in the facility 3. Strong math skills 4. Able to stand for 8 plus hours per day and lift 30lbs Educational Requirements: 1.
