Inside Sales Specialist | A-Power, Inc. | Boston, MA

A-Power is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a driven **Inside Sales Representative** to help power our growth across **Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Area.**
You will represent one of the industry’s fastest-growing equipment brands, A-Power, along with our other leading brands and product lines. As one of the largest local suppliers of HVAC products, A-Power gives you the platform, tools, and product depth to win big.
This is not an order-taking role, it’s a **fast-paced inside sales position** where your communication, product knowledge, and hustle will drive real business results. If you thrive on helping customers, solving problems, and keeping the sales engine running, we want to talk to you.
**What You Will Do**
• Handle **inbound calls, quotes, and orders** from contractors, dealers, and service companies.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide **accurate product information, pricing, and availability.**
• Work closely with outside sales reps to **support territory growth** and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up on leads, open quotes, and inactive accounts to **drive new and repeat business.**
• Maintain organized, detailed records in the CRM (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure **accurate and timely order fulfillment.**
• Stay current on **A-Power’s full HVAC product lineup** and promotions to confidently recommend solutions.
**What We Are Looking For**
• 2 to 5 years of **HVAC, electrical, or mechanical inside sales or counter sales** experience.
• Strong technical understanding of **HVAC systems, components, and accessories.**
• Excellent communicator — quick on the phone, clear in email, and strong with follow-ups.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a busy environment.
• CRM experience (Zoho CRM a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Based in or near Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Area.
**Compensation and Perks**
**Base Salary:** ~$55,000–$70,000 USD (based on experience)
**Bonus:** Performance-based incentives tied to sales and customer growth

**Growth:** Real opportunity to move into **Outside Sales, Key Accounts, or Sales Management** as A-Power continues to expand
