• Lead 4–5 top hands on water, sewer, drain, and site projects across Middlesex County.
• Read the plans, set the grades, run the iron —mini-excavators, skid-steers, lasers, and pipe like it’s second nature.
• Own the day : mobilize at dawn, crush the punch list, and hand the VP a clean job every sunset.
• Zero call-backs, zero accidents, 100 % on-time, 100% customer satisfaction —that’s the Rotondi standard, and you’ll protect it.

YOU’RE THE RIGHT FOREMAN IF:

• 5+ years running underground utility crews (water/sewer/drain)
• 5+ years leading men—accountability is in your DNA
• You set grades by eye , read plans like a novel, and swing iron like a surgeon
• OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred – safety isn’t a checklist, it’s non-negotiable
• Valid driver’s license + clean record
• You lift up to 75 lbs , work in the rain and snow, and still smile at 3 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.38 - $42.61 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
