Johnson Service Group is seeking a Trade Show Coordinator to support a global medical device client. This role manages the planning, coordination, and execution of conventions, trade shows, and events, ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of trade show and event logistics from request to completion.
- Manage event inventory, shipments, returns, and SAP tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure 90%+ inventory fill rate and accurate event documentation.
- Maintain event inventory master files and process product requests.
- Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Generate reports and provide departmental backup as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in event coordination, customer service, or order management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and Access experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
