Full Time and Part Time Positions Available!
Join a growing gardening team at Bees and Blooms Gardens. We are currently seeking a fine gardening crew member to join our team. This position offers both garden maintenance and landscape installations. We are seeking a highly motivated individual and are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Must be responsible, motivated and dependable.
- Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to lift over 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Plant knowledge and previous experience is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Perform basic gardening task such as weeding, deadheading perennials and pruning.
- Aid on clean ups, mulching and planting jobs.
- Occasional use of ladders and gas powered tools.
