Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

- Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Schedule appointments and meetings, and make necessary arrangements for conference rooms, equipment, and refreshments.

- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed.

- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives and staff.

- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

- Greet and assist visitors to the office, providing excellent customer service.

- Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional and friendly demeanor.
