About the Job:

• Provide high-quality direct interventions tailored to each child’s strengths, within a home and/or community-based setting
• Collaborate with families to develop meaningful treatment plans and provide education on strategies they can incorporate into their daily routines
• Maintain clinical documentation, including daily treatment notes, quarterly progress reports, and annual re-evaluations

What We're Looking For:

• A licensed, board-certified Occupational Therapist
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience required
• Dedicated clinicians who demonstrate strong initiative, problem solving, and communication skills
