Mountain View Landscapes, a leading landscape projects construction company serving Western MA and North Central CT, is seeking a Skilled Landscape Projects Crew Member to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a reputable company known for high-quality work and a long-standing commitment to excellence.
This is not a training/apprenticeship position. We are looking for people with a strong background in professional landscaping installations.

As a key part of our projects team, you will:

• Install softscapes, including large trees, shrubs, and plants
• Read and follow landscape blueprints and layouts
• Perform tasks such as mulching, seeding, sodding, and general plant care
• Operate a skid steer and other power tools and drive a truck and trailer
• Assist with hardscape projects (e.g., paver patios and retaining walls)
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience in landscape installation (especially softscapes)
• Ability to read and follow blueprints/layouts
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Duties include on-call snow removal in the winter.
• Positive attitude and team spirit
