ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Policy Review: Regularly review and assess client policies to suggest improvements and ensure adequate coverage.
Quote Preparation: Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to individual client requirements and budget constraints.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or inquiries from clients promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and other team members to facilitate the best solutions for clients.
Compliance: Ensure all policies and practices meet state and federal regulations while keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is required.
Licensing: Must hold a valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
Detail-Oriented: Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment while contributing to agency goals.
